Electrical Installation including:

• Emergency lighting
• Power
• General services
• External lighting
• Lighting control system
• Data
• Audio visual system
• Disabled toilet alarm
• Induction loop
• PA
• CCTV
• Fire alarm & commissioning of systems
• Supply of Operation & maintenance manuals.

Mechanical Installation:

This work involved the mechanical installation within a protected structure. The works included:

• Installation of water services
• Heating and ventilation systems
• Soils and waste
• BMS services
• Gas pipework and fire suppression system

All of the above works were tested, commissioned and O&M manuals provided.
