Our Apprenticeship Recruitment Process
At Tim Kelly Group, we have streamlined our recruitment process to ensure that you have a smooth experience. From submitting your CV to completing the selection stages, our process is designed to identify and nurture top talent.
Step 1
Choose which apprenticeship programme you would like to pursue from either Pipefitting, Plumbing or Electrical.
Step 2
Submit your CV to us either online or by email noting your chosen apprenticeship.
Step 3
We will review your CV and if you are a suitable candidate, you will be called for an in-person interview.
Step 4
If you are successful at the interview stage, you will be offered a placement with us to pursue training in your chosen field.
