Our approach

A key success factor in the delivery of this project was the extensive use of off-site prefabrication and digital coordination. Mechanical systems were fully coordinated in Revit to ensure clash-free integration with architectural and electrical services, while prefabricated pipework was modelled in Autodesk Plant 3D with fabrication isometrics generated directly from the model.

This approach enabled accurate off-site manufacturing, improved quality control, and significantly reduced on-site hot works. As a result, safety risks within the live facility environment were minimised, on-site contractor requirements were reduced, and overall installation hours were substantially decreased, delivering programme and efficiency benefits.
