Celebrating 50 Years In Business With Staff Event

This year marks a significant milestone for Tim Kelly Group as we celebrate 50 years in business. To commemorate the occasion we will be hosting a series of events throughout the year, the first of which was a staff day.

The purpose of the staff event was to recognise the importance of our team in the success of the company. Since our founding, prioritising people has been the cornerstone of our success. We deeply value our team members, many of whom have been with us for over twenty years, and firmly believe that strong relationships drive mutual growth.
The event organised by Paul Byrnes Media was a series of fun games and challenges in the outdoor setting of Ballinrobe Racecourse. With a large team based across Ireland, this was an opportunity to come together and get to know our colleagues outside of the usual settings.

As part of the event, we also held staff awards to recognise the contributions of long standing members of the team, in addition to some of the next generation of Mechanical and Electrical trade people.

Two people who had a special recognition were Fintan Carney and Tony Plunkett who are both retiring this year. Fintan and Tony have played pivotal roles in the growth and expansion of Tim Kelly Group over the past five decades.

Their expertise on project delivery and dedication to mentoring upcoming talent have been crucial to the company’s success. These two men have been central to maintaining 50 years of excellence. The staff awards also recognised the achievements of our mechanical and electrical apprentices.
